大多数氨基酸本身在高效液相色谱仪上会存在“极性强、紫外吸收弱、无荧光” 的理化局限，所以在HPLC上往往会检测不到或信号值弱，于是需增加衍生氨基酸的前处理步骤，从而显著提升氨基酸的检测的灵敏度和准确性。

其中适用于OPA法氨基酸衍生化试剂盒的氨基酸：L-天冬酰胺、L-谷氨酰胺、L-色氨酸

其中适用于PITC法氨基酸衍生化试剂盒的氨基酸：L-脯氨酸、L-甘氨酸、L-胱氨酸

其中既可以适用于OPA法氨基酸衍生化试剂盒又可适用于PITC法氨基酸衍生化试剂盒的氨基酸：L-丝氨酸、L-谷氨酸、L-丙氨酸、L-组氨酸、L-缬氨酸、L-苯丙氨酸、L-酪氨酸、L-蛋氨酸、L-亮氨酸、L-苏氨酸、L-天冬氨酸、L-异亮氨酸、L-精氨酸

HPLC

The products were purified using the XDB-C18 separationcolumn (5 µm, 250 × 4.6 mm). Retinol and retinal were detected in a mobile phase consistingof methanol and acetonitrile in a ratio of 95:5 at the detection temperature of 25 ◦C with thedetection wavelength of 352 nm. The mobile phase consisted of methanol, acetonitrile, andisopropanol in a ratio of 3:5:2, and the detection temperature was 40 ◦C. The detectionwavelength used for β-carotene was 450 nm.Squalene was detected at 210 nm usingmobile phase methanol at 40 ◦C.
