背景说明： Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 6 (STAT6) is a member of the STAT family of transcription factors.At least seven STATs exist: STAT1，2，3，4，5a，5b，and 6.They are responsible for an array of cellular activities including regulating growth，survival，differentiation，motility，and the immune response.STAT6 plays a central role in exerting IL4 mediated biological responses.It is found to induce the expression of BCL2L1/BCL-X(L)，which is responsible for the anti-apoptotic activity of IL4.Knockout studies in mice suggested the roles of this gene in differentiation of T helper 2 (Th2) cells，expression of cell surface markers，and class switch of immunoglobulins.STAT6 has been shown to interact with EP300，CREB-binding protein，NFKB1，Nuclear receptor coactivator 1，IRF4 and SND1.
