检测原理： ACMEC ELISA试剂盒采用竞争ELISA法。用小鼠BNP抗原包被于酶标板上，实验时样品或标准品中的小鼠BNP与包被的小鼠BNP竞争生物素标记的抗小鼠BNP单抗上的结合位点，游离的成分被洗去。加入辣根过氧化物酶标记的亲和素，生物素与亲和素
特异性：结合而形成免疫复合物，游离的成分被洗去。加入显色底物(TMB)，TMB在辣根过氧化物酶的催化下呈现蓝色，加终止液后变成黄色。用酶标仪在450nm波长处测OD值，小鼠BNP浓度与OD450值之间呈反比，通过绘制标准曲线计算出样品中小鼠BNP的浓度。
背景说明： Brain-type Natriuretic Peptide (BNP) is a nonglycosylated peptide that is produced predominantly by ventricular myocytes and belongs to the natriuretic peptide family. Proteolytic cleavage of the 12 kDa BNP precursor gives rise to N-terminal Pro BNP (NT-proBNP) and mature BNP. Plasma NT-proBNP is a marker for congestive heart failure, while mature BNP (aa 103 134) promotes vasodilation and fluid and sodium excretion. Human BNP precursor shares 29% and 51% aa sequence identity with mouse and porcine BNP precursor, respectively.
