Albumin is synthesized in the liver as preproalbumin which has an N-terminal peptide that is removed before the nascent protein is released from the rough endoplasmic reticulum. 产品介绍 Product Introduction

本产品采用硫酸铵盐析或亲和吸附纯化，制成高纯度和高活性的纯化IgG抗体。各种纯化抗体均为液体提供，可根据用户要求，配成不同浓度，-20℃存放，可根据使用方法采用不同浓度稀释。使用前注意完全溶解，充分混匀，最好低温高速离心去除冷聚合球蛋白及变性蛋白后，重新定量后再使用。
列举以下可参考的稀释缓冲液：
胶体金标记：用pH9.0硼酸缓冲液稀释，1~2mg/ml标记。
HRP标记：用0.01mol/L pH9.0、CB或用包被液CB稀释，6~8mg/ml标记。
荧光标记：用0.5mol/L pH9.5、CB(碳酸盐缓冲液)稀释，10~20 mg/ml标记。
生物素标记抗体：用0.1mol/L NaHCO3稀释，1~2mg/ml标记。
