背景说明 Immunoglobulin G (IgG)，is one of the most abundant proteins in serum with normal levels between 8-17 mg/mL in blood. IgG is important for our defence against microorganisms and the molecules are produced by B lymphocytes as a part of our adaptive immune response. The IgG molecule has two separate functions;to bind to the pathogen that elicited the response and to recruit other cells and molecules to destroy the antigen. The variability of the IgG pool is generated by somatic recombination and the number of specificities in an individual at a given time point is estimated to be 1011 variants.

产品介绍 Product Introduction

本产品采用Protein A/G亲和层析纯化，制成高纯度（﹥95%）和高活性的纯化羊或兔IgG抗体。本产品为PBS溶液，可根据用户要求，配成不同浓度，用前最好-20℃存放，可根据使用方法采用不同浓度稀释。通常不同使用目的可分别用下列缓冲液稀释，注意完全溶解后充分混匀。冻存过久会产生少量聚合体，用前最好低温高速离心，去除冷聚合球蛋白及变性蛋白后重新定量。
抗体标记：500ug～20mg/ml，
ELISA包板：10～20ug/ml，
层析金条对照线：2mg/ml等。
胶体
金标记：用pH9.0硼酸缓冲液稀释。
HRP标记：用0.01mol/L pH9.0CB或用包被液CB稀释。
荧光素标记：用0.5mol/L  pH9.5CB（碳酸盐缓冲液）稀释。
生物素标记：用0.1mol/L NaHCO3稀释。
其它方法：如免疫扩散可用0.01mol/L  pH7.2PBS稀释。
