背景说明: Avidin is a tetrameric or dimeric biotin-binding protein produced in the oviducts of birds，reptiles and amphibians deposited in the whites of their eggs. In chicken egg white，avidin makes up approximately 0.05% of total protein (approximately 1.8 mg per egg). The tetrameric protein contains four identical subunits (homotetramer)，each of which can bind to biotin (Vitamin B7，vitamin H) with a high degree of affinity and specificity. In its tetrameric form，avidin is estimated to be between 66–69 kDa in size.Ten percent of the molecular weight is attributed to carbohydrate content composed of four to five mannose and three N-acetylglucosamine residues. The carbohydrate moieties of avidin contain at least three unique oligosaccharide structural types that are similar in structure and composition.

本产品采用硫酸铵盐析或亲和吸附纯化，制成高纯度和高活性的纯化IgG抗体。各种纯化抗体均为液体提供，可根据用户要求，配成不同浓度，-20℃存放，可根据使用方法采用不同浓度稀释。使用前注意完全溶解，充分混匀，最好低温高速离心去除冷聚合球蛋白及变性蛋白后，重新定量后再使用。
列举以下可参考的稀释缓冲液：
胶体金标记：用pH9.0硼酸缓冲液稀释，1~2mg/ml标记。
HRP标记：用0.01mol/L pH9.0、CB或用包被液CB稀释，6~8mg/ml标记。
荧光标记：用0.5mol/L pH9.5、CB(碳酸盐缓冲液)稀释，10~20 mg/ml标记。
生物素标记抗体：用0.1mol/L NaHCO3稀释，1~2mg/ml标记。
